Chetan Bhagat | 3 Idiots – The Real Truth
From the past couple of days ive been tracking the Chetan Bhagat & 3Idots Controversy. I had many questions in mind about who is correct and who is not. I love Chetan Bhagat & have ready all of his books including FPS.
Now Lets Make This controversy simple.
1. Chetan wrote the book & Millions of prople liked it.
2. Raj Kumar Hirani BOUGHT the Rights of the books to make the Movie & paid him Good amount of Money
3. Now Chetan is Accusing Producers of not giving him credit
- Everyone in the whole world knows that the movie had been in the news with ” Based on the Novel Five Point Someone By Chetan Bhagat “
- The contract clearly states that CB would be credited in rolling credits of film. As far as I know, rolling credits are only at end, not beginning of film.
- Why does Chetan Changes his Comments…

” The director took my book as the base but he has changed it according to his requirements. He took permission from me before taking my story, but has not involved me in making it into the final script. But, he has shown me the final script and I have liked it too”
